About the role
Amazon is seeking a Delivery Station Liaison to provide real‑time, hands‑on support to customers whose parcels have encountered delivery issues. Based in a last‑mile delivery warehouse, you will act as the direct link between customers, Delivery Service Partners and internal teams to ensure timely resolution and a positive experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls, empathize, and build trust while resolving delivery issues.
- Investigate failed or at‑risk deliveries, provide accurate status updates, and coordinate same‑day or next‑attempt deliveries.
- Collaborate with multiple workgroups within the station, including senior leadership, to highlight barriers and develop solutions.
- Maintain meticulous case documentation and follow up on open issues.
- Operate multiple online platforms and technology systems efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Work a flexible full‑time schedule (40+ hours per week) in a noisy warehouse setting (hearing protection provided).
Required profile
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly over the phone.
- Customer‑focused mindset, able to empathize and instill confidence.
- Detail‑oriented with a proactive problem‑solving approach.
- Comfortable working in a high‑noise, fast‑moving logistics environment.
