About the role

Join the world‑class culinary team at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai as a Demi Chef De Partie. You will work in a high‑pressure, multicultural kitchen that supports Michelin‑starred restaurants and delivers unforgettable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage mise en place for your designated kitchen section.
• Support the Chef De Partie and Sous Chef in maintaining food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with culinary and stewarding teams to ensure seamless service.
• Assist in menu development and contribute ideas for new promotions.
• Train junior chefs and maintain stock levels.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and HACCP protocols.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in international cuisine, preferably within a Michelin‑star environment.
• Formal culinary training and strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure kitchen.
• Organised, reliable and committed to consistency and excellence.
