Dental Sales Consultant

About the role

As a Dental Sales Consultant you will be the face of Oral‑B and Procter & Gamble to dental health professionals across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. You will drive product usage and recommendations, strengthen the brand’s presence in dental practices, and support clinicians with technical expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Visit a targeted number of dental professionals each month to present Oral‑B solutions.
• Educate clinicians on the Oral‑B regimen and demonstrate its clinical benefits.
• Encourage adoption and recommendation of Oral‑B products to patients.
• Collaborate with dental teams to convert recommendations into measurable usage growth.
• Attend industry events, trade fairs and conferences as required, including occasional interstate travel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Dentistry, Oral Hygiene, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related scientific field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in FMCG or healthcare sales.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation abilities.
• Problem‑solver with the capacity to make independent decisions in a fast‑changing environment.
• Excellent organization, time‑management and territory‑development skills.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.
• Residency in Dubai or willingness to relocate (relocation assistance not provided).
