Department Manager – Women’s Ready-to-Wear

About the role

We are seeking a passionate, commercially driven Department Manager for Women’s Ready-to-Wear at Tryano in Abu Dhabi. The role combines shop‑floor leadership with strategic responsibilities to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of Fashion Consultants, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Maintain a strong presence on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and driving proactive client engagement.
• Analyze sales reports, monitor KPIs and identify commercial opportunities to improve departmental performance.
• Partner with Buying and Visual Merchandising to optimise product assortment, stock movement and presentation.
• Oversee daily department operations, ensuring operational excellence and a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Department Manager or equivalent retail leadership role in luxury fashion.
• Strong product knowledge of Women’s Ready‑to‑Wear and/or Leather Goods.
• Hands‑on, floor‑focused leadership style with ability to motivate and drive positive behavioural change.
• Strong commercial acumen, experience analysing sales performance and managing KPIs.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
