About the role
This is an opportunity to become a core part of Mizzen On's retail team and help launch the brand's first Abu Dhabi store. You will lead store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive overall performance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the store’s overall performance and daily operations, including inventory and IT systems.
- Support staff planning, hiring, and development to build a high‑performing team.
- Monitor key performance indicators and ensure front‑of‑house service excellence.
- Oversee back‑of‑house processes, inventory management, and product flow.
- Act as the in‑store troubleshooting expert and SME for finance processes.
Required profile
- 4+ years of experience in a customer‑focused setting with at least 1 year of managerial responsibility.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in retail environments such as sports, tech, or fashion is a strong plus.
- Engagement with sports communities and an entrepreneurial mindset.
