Design Associate

About the role

The Design Associate will support the Creative Designer in delivering high‑quality residential and commercial interior projects across the UAE. You will work autonomously, manage end‑to‑end tasks, and ensure that design concepts align with TNC’s core philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all aspects of design development under the Creative Designer’s direction.
• Lead site visits, maintain communication, and take responsibility for project execution.
• Source, procure, and compile purchasing lists; share them with clients.
• Prepare design proposals and presentations for client approval.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, contractors, and clients to secure samples and materials.
• Manage project budgets and ensure compliance with financial targets.
• Select and finalize furniture, fixtures, finishes, appliances, and other materials.
• Prepare and source samples as required.
• Organise meetings, take post‑meeting notes, and distribute updates.
• Send weekly progress reports to active clients.
• Contribute content for social media and introduce fresh concepts aligned with TNC values.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in residential and commercial interior design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
• Relevant work experience from Europe (essential).
• Must be based in the UAE, available to start immediately, and have a valid driving licence with access to a car.
• Strong multitasking, organisational, and time‑management abilities.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
