DevSecOps Lead – Kubernetes, Rancher & RKE2

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevSecOps Lead to own and operate enterprise‑grade Kubernetes platforms, including Rancher Manager and RKE2 clusters, in a fast‑growing environment in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Kubernetes cluster operations, troubleshooting, performance optimisation and production incident resolution.
• Install, configure, manage and troubleshoot Rancher Manager and RKE2 clusters.
• Deploy and manage NVIDIA GPU Operator on RKE2, enabling GPU workloads and handling related issues.
• Design and implement automated CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows using tools such as ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Implement Kubernetes security best practices, including RBAC, secrets management and container security scanning.
• Manage cloud‑native infrastructure across Azure, AWS and hybrid‑cloud environments and automate provisioning with Terraform, Helm and scripting.
• Support monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana and related tools.

Required profile

• 8+ years of hands‑on experience with Kubernetes administration, Rancher Manager and RKE2.
• Proven ability to deploy NVIDIA GPU Operator and handle GPU workloads on Kubernetes.
• Strong background in CI/CD automation and GitOps implementation.
• Experience securing Kubernetes environments and managing cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS).
