DFN Sales Manager – Multi‑Country

About the role

The DFN Sales Manager will lead growth for DHL Fulfilment Network in a designated country while supporting multi‑country eCommerce deals. You will manage a pipeline of opportunities, engage directly with small‑ to mid‑size online retailers, and collaborate across DHL business units to close new business.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through digital and social selling, qualify inbound leads in Salesforce CRM.
• Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities and own the end‑to‑end sales process, including contract preparation.
• Maintain up to 20 active opportunities simultaneously, guiding them from early stage to closure.
• Collaborate with eCommerce and DHL Express teams to exchange leads and cross‑sell services.
• Represent DFN at industry events and conventions as needed.
• Capture customer data for pricing, proposals, and feedback on commercial terms.
• Work closely with marketing to optimise digital campaigns and raise brand awareness in the local eCommerce community.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within eCommerce or logistics.
• Strong ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet commercial targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across the Gulf region.
