Digital Acquisition & Growth Manager (VAS)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Digital Acquisition & Growth Manager to lead international customer acquisition for mobile value‑added services, gaming and subscription‑based digital products. The role will design cost‑effective acquisition strategies across multiple markets while collaborating with product, commercial and telecom operator teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute international customer acquisition strategies for mobile VAS and digital services.
• Grow paying subscriber bases across more than 20 telecom operators in the Middle East and Africa.
• Create innovative, low‑cost digital campaigns and optimise acquisition funnels, activation, conversion, retention and churn.
• Monitor and improve CPA, CAC, conversion rates, revenue, retention and customer lifetime value.
• Adapt campaigns to different countries, audiences and operator requirements.
• Work closely with product, commercial, technical and telecom operator teams.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of growth or digital acquisition experience.
• Direct experience with a VAS provider, aggregator or digital subscription business.
• Proven track record of acquiring customers across multiple international markets while controlling costs.
• Strong knowledge of mobile VAS, carrier billing and subscription services.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work remotely.
