Digital Analyst (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Etihad Airways is hiring a Digital Analyst (UAE Nationals) in Abu Dhabi to help answer the highest-value analytical problems posed by its teams and departments. The role reports to the Digital Analytics Manager and works under the guidance of the Digital Engagement Senior Manager, analysing and visualising Etihad's digital and enterprise data. It is a full-time position.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse requirements and design solutions to problems
• Run complex, ad-hoc analyses using Etihad's analytical toolkit, seeking further insights and root causes
• Summarise and visualise results and highlight likely insights for the business translator to develop
• Maintain a documentation repository of solutions, including methodology
• Identify opportunities for automation and improvement, and recommend priorities to the wider team
• Develop proficiency with Adobe, Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI and other advanced analytic and database tools, and in-house data sets
• Specialise in one or more of Etihad's key analytical disciplines and act as an expert and coach for the wider analytics team

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in digital analytics, reporting and database management, and/or data science models used in commercial or digital processes
• Experience in aviation digital analytics or business analytics preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven track record of managing successful digital analytical models and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
