Digital and Media Support Officer (Internship)

About the role

The Digital and Media Support Officer is an entry-level internship aimed at developing UAE Nationals through hands-on experience in digital content management, media coordination and basic marketing support. The role helps maintain the organization's digital presence, supports internal and external communication initiatives and builds the foundation for long-term growth in the digital and media function.

Key responsibilities

• Support day-to-day digital and media activities, including content uploads, updates and basic design coordination
• Assist in managing social media by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement and maintaining content calendars
• Help maintain and update website content under supervision
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect digital assets, photos, videos and promotional materials
• Prepare basic reports on digital performance metrics such as engagement, reach and website activity
• Support media documentation, file organization and digital asset management
• Assist with event coverage preparation, including media coordination and content compilation
• Ensure adherence to branding guidelines and digital communication standards
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Digital/Marketing team as assigned by the Direct Manager

Required profile

• High school diploma; a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field is preferred
• 0-2 years of digital media, marketing support, communications or administrative experience; fresh graduates are welcome
• UAE National only
• Schedule: 4 working days a week, 5 hours a day

Required skills

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with basic design or content tools is an advantage
• Creative thinking, attention to detail, good written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team
