Digital Application SME

About the role

Ericsson is seeking an experienced Digital Application SME to provide end‑to‑end technical expertise, production support, and continuous improvement for enterprise digital platforms such as customer‑facing websites, mobile apps, APIs and supporting systems.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the technical SME and escalation point for digital applications, handling production issues and customer‑impacting incidents.
• Maintain application availability, performance, capacity, stability and operational readiness across WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, OpenShift, Java, SQL, Linux, JMS/MQ, LDAP and ForgeRock CIAM/SSO.
• Support WebCenter Sites configuration, publishing, troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Investigate performance issues across application, middleware, database, network, messaging and integration layers.
• Monitor health using Kibana/ELK, Grafana, AppDynamics and manage deployments, migrations, patches, upgrades and SSL certificates.
• Lead technical troubleshooting during Incident, Problem, Change and Major Incident Management, prepare RCAs and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Strong experience supporting enterprise applications and digital platforms.
• Hands‑on expertise with WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat, Apache, OpenShift, Java, SQL, Linux, JMS/MQ and LDAP.
• Experience with WebCenter Sites, ForgeRock CIAM/SSO, APIGEE, payment gateways, SOAP/REST services and TIBCO.

Required skills

• Monitoring tools: Kibana/ELK, Grafana, AppDynamics.
• Web technologies: React, Next.js, Node.js.
• Linux command‑line and shell scripting.
• Incident, Problem and Change Management processes.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, SOX, VAPT, SAST/DAST and security audit requirements.
