Digital Growth & Content Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Growth & Content Marketing Executive to own and expand our client’s digital presence in the luxury sector. This is an execution‑focused role with no team management responsibilities – you will create, design, film, edit and run campaigns yourself every day.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute end‑to‑end digital marketing strategies that drive high‑quality lead generation.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta platforms, focusing on audience targeting, creative performance and ROAS.
• Create, shoot and edit short‑form video content for Reels, Shorts and other platforms.
• Design branded graphics, carousel ads and other visual assets using Canva and Photoshop.
• Manage and grow social media channels on all major platforms.
• Support SEO initiatives and contribute to website content growth.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate reports and present insights directly to leadership.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within luxury, real estate or professional services.
• Proven track record of managing Meta Ads with measurable lead generation results.
• Strong commercial mindset focused on conversions rather than vanity metrics.
• Based in Dubai and able to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Meta Ads campaign creation and optimisation.
• Video editing proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• Graphic design using Canva Pro and Photoshop.
