Digital Growth & Lifecycle Marketer - Wellness (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Growth & Lifecycle Marketer to lead B2C acquisition, retention and loyalty initiatives for a premium wellness brand in Abu Dhabi. You will manage a fully built marketing tech stack and own the entire funnel from paid and organic acquisition to CRM‑driven repeat visits.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, TikTok and Google to drive class bookings and package sales.
• Allocate budgets and monitor return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Run the retention engine across email, WhatsApp and automated flows, including segmentation, re‑activation and loyalty programmes.
• Maintain dashboards for all channels, website and CRM, ensuring accurate UTM tagging and Meta pixel/CAPI tracking.
• Schedule and manage organic content on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and handle community management.
• Support promotion of workshops, events, launches and brand collaborations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of full‑stack B2C digital marketing experience.
• Background in wellness, fitness or membership businesses is strongly preferred.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude with strong ownership and communication skills.
• Data‑driven mindset focused on bookings, occupancy and retention.
• Quick learner of new AI and marketing tools.
