Digital Marketing Associate (UAE National)

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on executing full‑funnel digital campaigns and using data insights to ensure brand consistency and growth across the Emirates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of campaigns on YouTube, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok and local publishers.
• Develop detailed media plans and schedules, deploying creative assets to meet performance KPIs.
• Collaborate with brand and platform teams to generate social media ideas and share best practices.
• Build and maintain comprehensive ROI reports, turning data into strategic recommendations.
• Ensure high‑quality Arabic and English copywriting and visual design across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing or media management with strong knowledge of the UAE media landscape.
• Professional fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) for copywriting.
• Significant experience in media planning and a test‑and‑learn approach to digital platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• UAE National status (valid passport and family book required).
