Digital Marketing Coordinator

About the role

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support InterSystems’ Middle East enterprise healthcare growth by planning, executing and monitoring digital campaigns. Based in Dubai, the role works closely with the Marketing Manager, Sales team and other internal stakeholders, and includes regional travel to support business initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch digital campaign components such as landing pages, email sends, nurture flows, webinars and LinkedIn/Search ads.
• Apply and maintain tracking standards (UTMs, naming conventions) and flag gaps for improvement.
• Support marketing automation and CRM hygiene, including list building, lead routing checks and data quality assurance.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end workflow (brief, build, launch, post‑mortem) using trackers and calendars.
• Create and brief assets (email blocks, social tiles, display banners, one‑pagers, infographics) using in‑house tools or external vendors.
• Publish and distribute content across web, social and email channels, localising corporate assets as needed.
• Produce monthly performance updates and quarterly organic social plans, summarising insights and next actions.
• Maintain marketing calendars and trackers for the Middle East and India regions.

Required profile

• Office‑based in Dubai with willingness to travel regionally.
• Experience executing digital campaigns for enterprise or healthcare audiences.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple workflows, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Operations, CRM owners and external vendors.
