Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist leads and personally executes the planning, design and day-to-day management of marketing activities for two projects, AVA NEXUS and Be Skillful, working in a hybrid setup. The role covers hands-on content and campaign delivery (design, publishing and advertising) and directs the work of a Marketing Specialist who supports daily content management and customer responses across technology, artificial intelligence, digital solutions, consulting and business services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, creating, publishing and posting content personally
• Set up, run and monitor paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads and other platforms
• Prepare content plans and publishing schedules, and design and produce content
• Create and publish marketing and promotional content for services and campaigns
• Run lead generation campaigns and customer acquisition activities
• Track campaign performance and KPIs, report results and follow up on inquiries
• Monitor market trends, competitors and digital platform developments
• Launch and promote new services and projects
• Oversee the Marketing Specialist to ensure consistent content publishing and customer engagement

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and campaign execution
• Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, track KPIs and optimize results
• Knowledge of SEO, market research and competitor analysis
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage

Required skills

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Canva
• Video editing with Premiere Pro or CapCut, including Reels and promotional videos
• Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Copywriting, visual storytelling and branding
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and marketing tools
