Marketing Manager (Emirati National) - Utilities Sector

About the role

Black Pearl Consult is seeking an Emirati National Marketing Manager in Ajman to lead the planning and execution of strategic marketing initiatives in the utilities sector. The role aims to enhance brand visibility, strengthen customer engagement and support organisational growth, requiring strong marketing expertise, leadership and cross-departmental collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the annual marketing strategy aligned with organisational goals, and conduct customer insight studies, market analysis and sector benchmarking
• Plan and run integrated campaigns across digital, print, outdoor and PR channels
• Oversee brand identity, maintain brand guidelines and monitor brand perception
• Lead digital marketing (social media, SEO/SEM, website, customer journey) and oversee content for digital channels and newsletters
• Coordinate media relations, press releases and public announcements, and support government communication, CSR and sustainability campaigns
• Manage external agencies, creative partners and production houses
• Develop campaigns on conservation awareness, service updates and sustainability, track performance and report ROI
• Manage the marketing budget, lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, and oversee procurement and vendor evaluation

Required profile

• Must be an Emirati National with a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Experience in utilities, government entities, energy, infrastructure or regulated industries is a strong advantage
• Strong English communication; Arabic is highly advantageous
