Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

About the role

Arabian Wanderers is seeking a commercially minded Digital Marketing & Growth Manager to lead its marketing function, turning campaigns, content and customer insights into measurable bookings and revenue growth. This hands‑on, player‑coach position will own strategy, budget and performance while building a future marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop monthly, seasonal and annual marketing plans aligned with trip capacity, revenue targets and destination priorities.
• Own planning, execution and optimisation of Meta and Google advertising campaigns, managing budgets and improving ROAS, CPA and conversion rates.
• Lead SEO and AI‑search visibility roadmap, coordinating keyword research, content optimisation and technical SEO implementation.
• Design Instagram, WhatsApp and email broadcast strategies, segment audiences and drive repeat bookings.
• Develop and manage influencer, creator and partnership programmes aligned with commercial priorities.
• Set social‑media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, creating briefs and overseeing content production.
• Build performance dashboards using GA4, Meta, Google Ads and Search Console, presenting insights to senior leadership.
• Lead marketing planning meetings, coordinate internal and external resources and ensure campaign deadlines are met.

Required profile

• Five or more years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing or marketing management.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, revenue, bookings or customer acquisition.
• Hands‑on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English and ability to work independently during UAE business hours.
