Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to join our client’s team in Dubai. You will design, launch and optimise multi‑channel campaigns that drive leads, boost brand visibility and support new service launches.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and scale paid advertising on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other platforms.
• Manage social media calendars, create and publish content, and engage with online communities.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse web analytics data and report on key metrics such as ROAS, CAC, CPA and CTR.
• Optimise ad creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging, develop growth strategies and support promotional activities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital trends and competitor activity, recommending data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance‑driven digital marketing and paid acquisition.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategy.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable growth tactics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
