Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who will shape our brand’s visual identity and drive end‑to‑end digital campaigns. The role blends strategic planning, hands‑on execution, and creative oversight to boost brand awareness and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads and email platforms.
• Develop and manage SEO and SEM strategies to increase online visibility.
• Track performance and produce reports using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools.
• Create and maintain digital content calendars; produce engaging social media, website and email content.
• Oversee website updates and improvements, preferably on WordPress or similar CMS.
• Design marketing assets such as social media creatives, brochures, banners, presentations and video reels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Support marketing planning, budgeting, competitor research and vendor management.
• Assist with event marketing, exhibitions and corporate campaigns from concept through execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Digital Media, Communications or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing and senior graphic design roles.
• Proven track record of managing digital campaigns and social media platforms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and campaign work.
