Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

The Digital Marketing Lead will work closely with the Digital Marketing Section Head to execute the museum’s digital strategy across all channels. This position combines project leadership with hands‑on execution, focusing on influencer collaborations, visual content production, paid media, and integrated campaign delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage influencer and celebrity partnerships through agencies, ensuring brand alignment and performance reporting.
• Lead end‑to‑end photography and videography production, oversee suppliers, and maintain digital asset governance.
• Support paid media strategy and execution, including briefing agencies, budget pacing, optimisation, and performance tracking.
• Drive digital campaign delivery across owned, paid, and earned channels, coordinating stakeholders and analysing results.
• Assist with social media strategy, daily operations, content governance, creative development, and performance optimisation.
• Optimise website and app content to enhance user experience and engagement.
