About the role

Médetone is seeking a dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online presence in Dubai. You will work closely with product and marketing teams to design and execute campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and engage customers across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and product launches.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns on social media, email, and other online platforms.
• Monitor and optimise campaign performance, adjusting targeting, messaging, and budgets to maximise ROI.
• Oversee the production of digital content such as website copy, blogs, social posts, and videos, ensuring brand consistency and compliance.
• Track, analyse, and report on metrics like engagement, conversion rates, and website traffic.
• Use social listening tools to capture brand conversations and industry trends for content planning.

Required profile

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Experience creating compliant digital content within the healthcare sector (e.g., HIPAA, FDA guidelines).
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices, content optimisation, and keyword research.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
