About the role

We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives. You will shape integrated campaigns that boost brand awareness, engage customers, and drive business growth across multiple online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, manage, and optimise multi‑channel campaigns (social, search, email, display, content).
• Oversee content creation for blogs, videos, newsletters, landing pages and promotional assets.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Lead social media strategy, community management and brand reputation.
• Conduct market research, customer analysis and competitor benchmarking.
• Collaborate with design, product, sales and content teams for integrated campaigns.
• Optimise website SEO, user experience and conversion rate.
• Support paid advertising (SEM, social, display) and manage budgets.
• Produce reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership.
• Evaluate emerging trends and technologies to drive innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Media or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, customer acquisition and brand management.
• Analytical, strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
