Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its online presence and drive revenue across all hotel channels. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, you will work closely with sales, food & beverage, spa and rooms teams to align digital initiatives with commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and direct bookings.
• Manage the hotel’s website, optimise web traffic and oversee SEO performance.
• Lead performance marketing campaigns across paid search, display, social and programmatic channels.
• Create, curate and schedule engaging content for social media platforms.
• Identify and exploit e‑commerce opportunities, including OTA partnerships and direct‑to‑consumer offers.
• Analyse digital metrics, produce regular performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with revenue, F&B, spa and rooms departments to integrate digital initiatives into overall commercial plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through performance marketing and SEO.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
