Digital Marketing & Multimedia Executive

About the role

A growing company in Sharjah is looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing & Multimedia Executive. The role combines planning and executing digital marketing activities with in-house creation of video and motion graphic content. It suits a hands-on marketer who understands both the creative and performance sides of digital marketing, can manage social media and paid campaigns, and enjoys working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the brand's social media presence, including content planning, calendars, posting and audience engagement
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with the brand, marketing goals and target audience
• Edit videos and reels for social media, campaigns and corporate communication
• Create motion graphics for social posts, advertisements and presentations
• Plan, set up, manage and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn
• Run lead generation campaigns using Meta and LinkedIn lead forms and work with the sales team on lead quality and follow-up
• Support exhibitions and events through campaigns, booth visuals, promotional content and event coverage

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media marketing
• Proven hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Good understanding of audience targeting, budget management, lead generation and campaign optimisation
• Flexible, self-motivated and able to manage several tasks and deadlines independently

Required skills

• Video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro or similar
• Motion graphics with Adobe After Effects (basic level acceptable)
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
