Marketing Manager - Industrial Businesses

About the role

A proactive, commercially minded Marketing Manager is sought to lead the marketing function across two industrial businesses based in Sharjah. The role covers marketing strategy, brand development, digital visibility and lead generation to support business growth. It suits a proactive leader who can manage a small team and deliver measurable results with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Lead the marketing team and manage external agencies and suppliers.
• Oversee brand positioning, content and marketing communications.
• Manage digital marketing, SEO and lead generation activities.
• Support sales through targeted campaigns and marketing materials.
• Plan and manage industry exhibitions and events.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs and report on results.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in industrial, engineering or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and managing multiple activities.
• Experience managing a team, external agencies and marketing suppliers.
• Fluent English is essential; Arabic is an advantage.
• Strong project management, communication, analytical and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
