Digital Marketing & Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role combines digital marketing expertise with sales activities to generate and convert leads, while managing our online presence across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
• Set up, monitor and optimise Google Ads campaigns.
• Handle company social media pages on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create engaging content for posts, reels, videos and campaigns.
• Generate, follow up and convert sales leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve results.
• Support overall digital marketing and sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in digital marketing and sales.
• Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
• Familiarity with major social media channels.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop content ideas.
• Strong communication and sales orientation.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated and able to work independently.

What we offer

• Salary: AED 1,500 plus commission and target bonus.
