Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

SQUATWOLF, a fast‑growing performance‑driven gymwear brand, is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help expand its affiliate and CRM channels. This junior‑level role is ideal for a data‑curious marketer who loves ecommerce, fitness and consumer behaviour.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Digital Marketing Manager in executing acquisition and retention strategies, focusing on affiliate marketing and CRM.
• Operate and optimise affiliate programmes, including in‑house initiatives and Commission Junction (CJ).
• Onboard new affiliate publishers, manage relationships and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor daily affiliate performance, analyse trends and recommend improvements across markets.
• Plan, set up and QA email campaigns, segment audiences and produce performance reports.
• Collaborate with Ecommerce Designers, Brand and Ecommerce teams to ensure campaign alignment with brand standards.
• Support customer‑retention projects aimed at increasing repeat purchase rate and lifetime value.
• Conduct testing on email creative, subject lines, journeys, landing pages and promotional mechanics.

Required profile

• Passion for fitness, sport or training culture.
• 1‑2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, affiliates or ecommerce.
• Commercial mindset with interest in ecommerce trading and customer behaviour.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with affiliate platforms, preferably Commission Junction (CJ).
• Familiarity with CRM/email marketing tools such as MoEngage or Klaviyo.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and GA4.
• Ability to generate digital performance reports.
