About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online presence and drive high‑quality lead generation for luxury brands. The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution across paid and organic channels, ensuring our brand reflects a premium identity.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with luxury brand positioning.
• Plan, launch, and optimise lead generation campaigns on paid platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Manage organic growth initiatives, including SEO and content marketing.
• Oversee website performance, collaborating on front‑end and back‑end enhancements and UX/UI improvements.
• Analyse campaign data, generate insights, and continuously refine tactics to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in digital marketing for luxury or premium brands.
• Strong track record in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Solid understanding of website development fundamentals (front‑end and back‑end).
• Data‑driven mindset with excellent analytical capabilities.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Based in Dubai.
