About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join OnTime Group. The role involves developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the brand and drive online engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, SEO, and paid advertising.
• Create and manage engaging content for the website, blog, and social media platforms.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Optimize website content and user experience to improve conversion rates.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute integrated campaigns.
• Track and report on key digital marketing metrics.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.

Required profile

• Prior experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels and techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience using web analytics tools and applying SEO best practices.
• Knowledge of graphic design and video editing (a plus).
