Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, hands‑on Digital Marketing Specialist to join Hotshot Properties and drive our real‑estate brand across all digital platforms. The role combines paid‑media management, content production and brand building to generate qualified leads and increase market visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise Meta, Google and TikTok advertising campaigns.
• Develop and manage paid‑media funnels to generate and nurture leads.
• Produce, shoot and edit Reels, property videos and photography for social channels.
• Create visual assets, social posts and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Maintain and grow the Hotshot brand presence on all digital platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience with Meta Ads Manager and lead‑generation campaigns.
• Strong content‑creation, photography and video‑editing abilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva.
• Background in real‑estate marketing is a significant advantage.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
