Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, data‑driven Digital Marketing Specialist to design and execute multi‑channel campaigns that boost brand visibility, generate qualified leads and support business growth in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across paid, owned and earned media.
• Manage social media platforms, content calendars and digital advertising initiatives.
• Plan, launch and optimise campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid channels.
• Drive lead generation, website traffic, engagement and conversion through SEO/SEM and keyword research.
• Produce engaging digital content, email campaigns and promotional materials.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite and other analytics tools.
• Analyse KPIs, prepare reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal designers, sales teams and external agencies to deliver effective campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 3 + years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven track record in lead generation and performance‑marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical, communication and content development abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
