About the role

A newly established real‑estate brokerage in Abu Dhabi is seeking a creative and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to build its brand, drive digital campaigns and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for the brokerage.
• Manage social‑media channels, website development, SEO and digital advertising.
• Create and maintain branding assets, company profiles, brochures and property marketing materials.
• Oversee property‑portal marketing on platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut.
• Generate leads through digital campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion.
• Control marketing budgets, coordinate vendors and monitor campaign performance.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of marketing experience, preferably within UAE real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, SEO and lead generation.
• Experience with social‑media management, CRM systems and property portals.
• Creative, results‑driven and able to work independently.
