Revenue & Pricing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Revenue & Pricing Manager to own pricing across our growing portfolio of 50+ premium holiday homes in Dubai. You will turn every unit into its best‑performing version night by night.

Key responsibilities

• Set and manage daily pricing for all units using PriceLabs.
• Control minimum stays, gap nights, last‑minute and long‑stay discounts.
• Track Dubai demand drivers such as events, seasons and holidays (e.g., GITEX, NYE, Ramadan, summer).
• Benchmark each unit against its competitive set and act on under‑performers.
• Optimise listing ranking and conversion on Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia and Vrbo.
• Keep rates aligned across channels, using Guesty as the source of truth.
• Build monthly revenue forecasts and owner performance reports.
• Provide the BD team with revenue projections for new owner pitches.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of revenue management experience for holiday homes or short‑term rentals in Dubai.
• Hands‑on expertise with PriceLabs and strong working knowledge of Guesty PMS.
• Proven record of lifting occupancy, ADR and RevPAR (numbers required).
• Fluent English.
