Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Ava Nexus is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join its team in Ajman and support the company's digital presence and the marketing of its services across technology, AI, digital solutions, consulting and business services. The role is full time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
• Execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other digital platforms.
• Prepare content plans and publishing schedules with the design and content team.
• Create marketing and advertising content for services and campaigns.
• Run lead generation campaigns and support customer acquisition.
• Monitor campaign performance, results and KPIs, and follow up on digital inquiries, directing leads to the right team.
• Track market trends, competitors and digital platform developments.
• Support the digital launch and promotion of new services and projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Good hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
• Strong marketing and content-writing skills.
• Ability to manage several tasks and projects at once; good communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in B2B, technology or professional services marketing is an advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics and performance measurement tools.
• Good English communication skills are an advantage.
