Digital Marketing & Web Development Specialist

About the role

A hands-on Digital Marketing & Web Development Specialist is needed in Dubai Media City, on site, to build and improve Next.js websites, run PPC campaigns across advertising platforms and turn website traffic into qualified enquiries and sales. You will use Claude Code to build and improve sites and landing pages, manage paid ads and work alongside an existing Meta advertising specialist.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain and improve Next.js and React websites, using Claude Code in your workflow
• Create campaign landing pages and improve site speed, mobile usability and conversion rates
• Plan, manage and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Microsoft Advertising and other paid channels
• Work with the Meta specialist on campaign delivery, testing, landing pages and tracking, with agreed responsibilities
• Manage keyword research, audience targeting, bidding, budgets, ad copy and retargeting
• Set up and maintain Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, ad pixels and conversion tracking
• Connect website forms to CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Improve technical SEO, site structure, metadata and indexing
• Test landing pages, forms and calls to action, and report on spend, lead quality, cost per acquisition and ROAS

Required profile

• Practical experience building websites with Next.js, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS
• Experience with existing codebases, Git and deployment workflows
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and understanding of campaign optimisation, conversion tracking and attribution
• Confidence with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Familiarity with APIs, CRM integrations, hosting and domain management
• Strong written and spoken English, able to work independently and on site in Dubai Media City

Required skills

• Proficiency with Claude Code, including reviewing, testing and troubleshooting its output
• Useful: Vercel deployment, Tailwind CSS, Meta Conversions API, technical SEO for Next.js, CRM and email marketing, basic design skills
