Digital & Print Designer (m/f/d)

About the role

You will join a small, agency‑like creative studio within a leading Health Tech company. Your work will reach healthcare professionals, fitness specialists and medical institutions across more than 17 countries, appearing on landing pages, social feeds, campaign materials and print.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets for landing pages, social media and online campaigns from concept to final delivery.
• Create print collateral such as product brochures, trade‑fair materials and marketing publications.
• Develop motion graphics and micro‑animations for digital platforms using After Effects.
• Adapt and localise campaign assets for international markets while maintaining visual consistency.
• Work within and help refine a strong visual identity guided by the brand system.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 years of experience in a design studio, agency or comparable creative environment.
• Hands‑on proficiency with Figma, Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop, plus After Effects for motion work.
• Solid understanding of digital design principles – layout, hierarchy, interaction and effective landing‑page design.
• Comfortable working across both screen and print without prioritising one over the other.
• Good eye for current design trends and the ability to apply them judiciously.
• Patience to handle complex briefs, incorporate feedback and iterate efficiently.
• Very good written and spoken English; German is a plus.
