Digital & Social Media Executive

About the role

Dutco Construction is looking for a Digital & Social Media Executive to join its team in Dubai. The role manages and strengthens the company's digital presence across several platforms, covering social media management, content distribution, website updates, performance reporting and support for digital marketing initiatives within the UAE construction industry.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media platforms, including content planning, posting, scheduling and community engagement.
• Coordinate content publishing across the company website and intranet.
• Monitor digital performance metrics and analytics, providing regular reports and actionable insights.
• Support SEO initiatives to improve website visibility and online reach.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers and internal stakeholders on integrated digital campaigns.
• Ensure all digital communications align with the Dutco Construction brand and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing or corporate communications.
• Experience managing corporate digital channels and creating engaging content for professional audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Preferred: a background in construction, contracting, engineering, infrastructure, real estate development or a related built-environment field.
