Digital Wealth Advisor

About the role

As a Digital Wealth Advisor at Emirates NBD, you will drive digital wealth adoption across the branch network, supporting frontline staff and guiding High Net‑Worth clients through digital investment journeys. You will act as a senior digital wealth ambassador, collaborating with branch leadership to embed digital solutions and deliver revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Increase investment volumes through digital channels and own digital wealth sales performance within the branch.
• Identify and convert large‑ticket digital investment opportunities, providing end‑to‑end client guidance.
• Target High Net‑Worth clients for digital transactions and promote relevant digital wealth solutions.
• Monitor digital sales metrics, highlight gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Support Relationship Managers in boosting digital investment penetration and client onboarding.
• Provide client and staff feedback to improve digital tools and user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field with ICWM/SCA certification.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience and 3 years of investment/wealth‑management experience.
• Strong understanding of wealth‑management products, equity and bond markets, mutual funds and advisory services.
• Proven ability to drive digital wealth adoption and increase digital wealth accounts via ENBD X.
