Direct Purchasing Executive – Procurement Specialist

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a Direct Purchasing Executive to lead end‑to‑end procurement activities that support our fast‑growing beauty brand. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure cost‑effective sourcing while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute full procurement cycles, from RFI/RFQ issuance to contract award.
• Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers while nurturing long‑term relationships.
• Analyze quotations, negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times and payment terms.
• Implement strategic sourcing initiatives and cost‑saving programs.
• Monitor supplier performance on quality, delivery and price competitiveness.
• Prepare detailed purchase reports, cost analyses and market trend updates.
• Resolve supply‑chain issues proactively to minimise operational disruption.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sourcing and manufacturing, preferably within the beauty or consumer goods sector.
• Strong track record of vendor sourcing practices, including research, evaluation and negotiation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
