Director Account Management

About the role

Panasonic Avionics is seeking a Director of Account Management to lead its regional account team in Dubai. The role will shape sales and marketing strategies across the company’s inflight entertainment product portfolio, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales, pricing and marketing strategy for all product lines.
• Lead the Account Management team to achieve profit & loss targets and ensure contract execution, revenue recognition and timely purchase orders.
• Conduct Quarterly Executive Business Review meetings and guide Regional Customer Success Meetings.
• Set KPIs, manage forecasting through Salesforce or ServiceNow, and drive cross‑regional improvements.
• Act as the primary account lead for high‑profile, complex customers and manage key accounts personally.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Sales or a related field.
• Proven experience in regional account management, sales strategy and P&L responsibility.
• Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training and evaluating account managers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
