Director, Employment & Rewards – Tax & Legal Services

About the role

PWC Middle East is seeking a seasoned Director to lead its Employment & Rewards practice within the Tax & Legal Services line. Based in Dubai (with responsibilities extending to Riyadh), you will advise clients on complex employment law matters and help shape strategic workforce solutions across the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of employment law, including transfers, contracts, terminations, employee benefits and ESOPs.
• Conduct due‑diligence reviews for mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.
• Collaborate with internal PwC teams and client stakeholders to design compliant employment policies and procedures.
• Monitor legislative changes and industry trends, proactively informing clients of risks and opportunities.
• Deliver training and guidance to internal teams and client personnel to foster a culture of compliance.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in non‑contentious employment law within the Middle East.
• Proven track record advising on workforce transformation and employee benefits.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior client leaders.
• Reports to the Head of Legal in the Tax & Legal Line of Service.
