Director, Executive Talent Acquisition – CEMEA

About the role

Visa is seeking a senior leader to own and drive Executive Talent Acquisition across Central Europe, the Middle East & Africa (CEMEA). The Director will shape the region’s leadership pipeline, partner with senior stakeholders, and ensure the hiring of top‑tier executives that support Visa’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Executive TA strategy for CEMEA, aligning with Visa’s global framework while adapting to regional market nuances.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, delivering market intelligence, talent insights, and guidance on executive hiring decisions.
• Partner with People Team and leadership to anticipate future leadership capability needs.
• Collaborate with Global TA leadership to evaluate and integrate AI tools that improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
• Contribute to global Executive TA strategy, sharing best practices across regions.
• Ensure compliance with global processes and executive hiring standards.
• Set performance expectations, coach the Executive TA team, and drive accountability.
• Prioritise workload, plan resources, and manage a complex portfolio of senior‑level searches.
• Design client‑specific recruiting strategies, including market mapping and talent pipelining.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in executive talent acquisition or related HR leadership.
• Strong strategic advisory skills with the ability to influence senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to build partnerships across HR, business units, and global teams.
• Experience managing high‑impact, multi‑search portfolios in a fast‑paced environment.
• Knowledge of compliance standards and governance in executive hiring.
