Director Facilities Asset Management

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a strategic Director of Facilities Asset Management to lead maintenance, operations, and lifecycle management of critical assets across its world‑class attractions and leisure destinations in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all facilities asset management operations covering HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, irrigation, water treatment, fire life safety and related systems.
• Develop and implement facility management strategies, policies, procedures and oversee OPEX and CAPEX budgets.
• Drive preventive maintenance programs and asset lifecycle management using CMMS platforms.
• Manage refurbishment, upgrade and capital improvement projects from planning through execution.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, fire codes, environmental standards and health & safety requirements.
• Oversee contractors, vendors and service level agreements while monitoring KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of facilities, engineering or maintenance experience.
• At least 10 years leading engineering, maintenance or facilities teams.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills.
