Director of Global Quality

About the role

Kerzner International is seeking a senior leader to drive ultra‑luxury service standards across its global portfolio of resorts and hotels. The Director of Global Quality will shape and enforce quality benchmarks that ensure every guest experience reflects the brand’s commitment to perfection, innovation and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain global brand and service standards for all Kerzner properties.
• Lead quality assurance programmes, including mystery‑guest coordination, internal audits and brand compliance assessments.
• Establish and sustain Forbes Five‑Star, LQA and other ultra‑luxury service benchmarks.
• Integrate cultural authenticity, sustainability initiatives and luxury personalization into every guest touch‑point.
• Collaborate with operational teams, marketing, and corporate functions to drive continuous improvement and guest‑centric innovation.
• Leverage technology, AI and data insights to support guest personalization and service excellence.
• Support property teams in applying standards across Atlantis, One&Only, SIRO and Rare Finds brands.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in quality management within ultra‑luxury hospitality.
• Deep knowledge of Forbes Five‑Star, LQA and other high‑end service standards.
• Track record of leading cross‑functional quality initiatives across multiple international properties.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for innovation, sustainability and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
