Director of Influencer & Brand Partnerships

About the role

The Director of Influencer & Brand Partnerships will shape the strategic vision and growth of Maison Pyramide’s Talent Management division across the MENA region and beyond. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead a high‑performing team, manage a roster of high‑profile talents, and create innovative brand collaborations that drive revenue and strengthen the agency’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Own commercial growth of the Talent & Partnerships division, meeting revenue targets and performance KPIs.
• Identify, negotiate and secure high‑value brand partnerships, collaborations and new business opportunities in regional and international markets.
• Develop strategic proposals, RFP responses and partnership frameworks that differentiate the agency.
• Define long‑term talent strategy, oversee talent development, and act as senior advisor on career and brand positioning.
• Build and nurture trusted relationships with talents, brands, agencies and key decision‑makers.
• Lead a growing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration and results‑orientation.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management or brand partnership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering large‑scale, revenue‑generating partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the luxury, lifestyle and digital media landscape in the MENA region.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a network of brands and agencies.
