Director of Investor Relations (Remote, Expert)

About the role

We are partnering with a leading foundational AI lab to engage experienced directors of investor relations to train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This remote, flexible role allows you to work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting‑edge AI development.

Key responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI‑generated pitch decks, data‑room indexes, investor update memos, cap‑table summaries, term‑sheet summaries, and LP reports.
• Collaborate with the AI team to ensure outputs meet the reporting standards expected by LPs and institutional investors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in startup fundraising, venture capital, or investor relations.
• Direct experience building pitch decks, data‑room indexes, or investor update memos for a startup fundraise, venture fund, or LP‑facing platform.
• Fluency in cap‑table mechanics, term‑sheet structuring, and institutional reporting standards.
• Expert‑level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication.

• Compensation: $100 per hour
