About the role
Frazer Jones is supporting a globally recognised, high‑growth beauty brand in appointing a Director of Learning and Development. Reporting to the SVP, People and Culture, you will lead the creation and scaling of a best‑in‑class L&D function across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and continuously improve a robust Learning & Development framework.
- Scale learning programmes to meet the needs of all employee levels.
- Shape talent development, leadership capability, succession planning and continuous learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to align L&D strategy with business objectives.
Required profile
- Approximately 10 years of experience in Learning & Development, preferably within fast‑moving organisations.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior L&D leadership role.
- Strong understanding of competency frameworks, psychometric testing, leadership coaching, succession planning and talent management.
