About the role

The Director of Oilfield Technology Research Institute will lead the strategic planning and execution of technology development for Anton's oilfield technical service division. This senior position requires a deep understanding of global oil and gas field development trends and the ability to drive innovation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain the technology development roadmap for the oilfield technical service company.
• Oversee new product development, technology introduction, and enhancement of the technology pipeline.
• Manage technological innovation initiatives and foster cooperation with external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or higher in petroleum engineering, reservoir geology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the petroleum industry, preferably with a leading oilfield service company.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities, with the ability to coordinate internal and external resources.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, willing to work globally and adapt to diverse cultural environments.
